Outside we have corn hole, half basketball court, Life-size connect4 and Pool toys Outdoor area: Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun hill lounging around! Take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi after a few games of your choice. Enjoy the fire pit and get cozy with the beautiful night sky! Extra Amenities: The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning. Smart TVs throughout the house and living areas (You are welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)! Other things to note This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want guest to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party. We do not allow parties of kind. No Birthday Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties or events. Please use caution on the staircase outside by the pool that leads to the basketball court. Be very careful, some steps in that area may come loose. We have another staircase by bbq that is safer to use. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY - Violators will be evicted and forfeit their deposit. NO MUSIC OUTSIDE at all times. Music inside house is fine. Speaker system inside house is disabled. Quiet hours outside after 9pm, but please make sure to read all house rules prior to booking. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Garage is a game room. Please do not open garage doors or park cars in side. driveway can fit 4 cars. Please do not park on street.
