Sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 king bed in 2nd bedroom, 1 Full/twin trundle bed in 3rd bedroom, comfortable full futon in common area. Dining table sits 6. Full kitchen/ BBQ Grill for cooking. 5 single and 2 double kayaks with life vests for use. Kayaks have been recently replaced (2023). Fire Pit available. Keurig machine, coffee pods, sweeteners, and creamer provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided. Guest access Only shed and closet in back is not for guest use. Owner use only. Other things to note Remember to bring bug spray and sunscreen. Beach towels are provided. Let us know prior to your stay if you are bringing pets. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay.
