The Sport Court in the back may be used under certain conditions. Ask for details. The Home: Sleeps 6 comfortably, but does allow for more. Additional charges apply for more than six guests. Please ask for special discounts for large groups. -Living room has five reclining seats and Roku TV -Kitchen is fairly well stocked with essential items for cooking hundreds of basic meals for large or small groups. Please see Other details to note for explanation. -Keurig Duo for drip coffee or pods -New Furnace and AC, swamp cooler, on roof, is nonfunctioning. The Master Bedroom (approx. 15'x13') has a small, walk in closet and its own bathroom. There is a Smart HD TV on dresser. The bathroom has a walk in shower. It also has a jetted tub if you prefer a bath. We just upgraded the tub faucet so the tub fills a lot faster. Bedroom #2 (approx. 11'x9') has a ceiling fan and a window to draw in fresh air. There is a Smart HD TV on dresser Bedroom #3 (approx. 9'x9') has a ceiling fan, a window and an open closet (approx. 6'x2'). This room also has a Smart HD TV Room #4 is being used as a game room. A FREE PLAY, 60-1 Cocktail Arcade Game. There is a game chest full of card and other board games. A foosball table is also available. FREE USE of washer and dryer is available. We have included a very limited amount of soap to get you started. If you have lots of loads, you may need to supply some soap. There is a propane fire pit available outside. Guest access Parking is super easy. Be careful about parking under carport if you have a high profile vehicle and watch out for the wooden posts that hold up the roof. If you are parking a trailer in the front, there is plenty of room. If you will be backing in to the driveway, beware of the water pipes by the pine tree, they have already been hit twice. Other things to note Reminder: Our 18 year old son has special needs, Angelman Syndrome, and doesn't understand basic things such as property lines. If he happens to pay you an unexpected visit, just let us know. All guests who have met him have loved their interaction and have put inspiring comments in our guest book. He gets sick to his stomach and will vomit or dry heave if he comes in contact with someone's pet, so we ask that this property remain pet free. If an animal is brought in, the average cleaning fee has been about $400, but can be more. This fee will be charged to guests and is in addition to the general cleaning fee. AC and Heater thermostat is in the hallway leading towards guest bedrooms. It is a Google Nest. If you can't understand how to use it, just ask Google or your hosts. If you have any questions about the property, feel free to ask. As with most of the homes in this area, there are a lot of open spaces. With this comes the possibility of seeing evidence of a mouse. We have a no kill traps on the propert, but have we have not caught a mouse in months.
