This listing is for the entire ranch rental area, sleeping capacity of 30, which includes: - our vintage trailer Moon Dancer, which has a queen bed, a full futon couch (with extra bedding), a bar top with two barstools, a small fridge and a patio area as well as hammock to enjoy the nature setting. A/C & heat as well as full electricity. Queen bed is temperpedic style with luxury bamboo sheets and fluffy robes for adults. The Moon Dancer has a private detached bath. - our vintage trailer Sun Chaser, which has a king bed, small fridge, two chair seating area, A/C & heat as well as full electricity. Outside seating and hammock area to enjoy the nature setting. King bed is temperpedic style with luxury bamboo sheets and fluffy robes for adults. The Sun Chaser has a private detached bath. - two standard bell tent yurt style tent accommodations with 4 twin beds in each as well as A/C & heat, electricity. Each twin bed has a comfy temperpedic style mattress and luxury bamboo sheets and fluffy robes for adults. The two bell tents use the shared full bathrooms in the dining hall. **Please note that although we have heat and AC, these are still canvas accommodations. Our bunk cabin also has a porch and lovely hammock lounge area nestled among the trees. - our container villa suites (two of them) which have queen temperpedic style mattresses with luxury bamboo sheets, a sitting area for two, a small fridge (access to dining hall with regular sized fridge), a patio area and shared rooftop deck with fire pit (subject to county restrictions) to enjoy the nature setting as well as special hammock lounge areas. Each suite has a full bathroom with shower right inside along with amenities such as hair dryer, fluffy robes and body wash/shampoo/conditioner (as all bathrooms do). All of our bathrooms are stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. Included with the listing is the dining hall and fully stocked kitchen. It is 900 sq feet and is stocked with dishes, glassware (drinking and wine glasses), silverware, utensils,- all for up to 30 guests. It also has pots/pans, serving dishes, Tupperware and small appliances (blender, toaster, two crockpots, a 30 cup coffee maker, a Bunn commercial coffee maker, a french press and a hot water dispenser). It has two full fridge/freezers, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave. There is also a complimentary laundry room on site. A large charcoal grill & smoker is on site (guests provide their own charcoal) as well as small grills at each accommodation. Complimentary coffee, tea & sweeteners are included with your rental. Also included are our amenities including dipping pools, hot tub (adults only and an additional cost to heat), wood burning sauna (adults only) outdoor fire pit (subject to county restrictions, firewood available for sale or you can bring your own, no lighter fluid but fire starters are provided), cold plunge (guests provide ice) games, grill, playground, sand volleyball court, walking trails & more. Wifi is available but it is spotty and limited as it is rural satellite. It is also only accessible when you are close to the dining hall and boutique store. Consider this the perfect time to disconnect from the outside noise and to tune into yourself and those who are with you. We do NOT allow pets (including service animals) on our property due to our own free ranging ranch animals. livestock & livestock guardian dog, including horses which can get spooked by unknown pets causing harm to both animals. As much as we love animals this is for the safety of all and includes NO service animals. We have free ranging horses, sweet goats, bunnies, lots of chickens and honeybees we raise and take care of on site. There are lots of opportunities to visit and love on most of our animals and event feed em treats! Please note our livestock guardian dog roams the entire property and will more than likely crash your party at some point. He is super sweet, but we are also happy to come wrangle him up as needed. Although we have fun and unique accommodations on our rustic ranch, note- we are a rustic ranch with dirt trails/roads that are uneven and well, dirty. And it has to be said, that although we love to host every guest that comes, this listing may not be for you if: -you feel it is too expensive -you’re expecting to stay at a “Ritz” luxury style resort -you’re uptight, a complainer, demanding or have negative energy -you want to sit in front of the TV and don't like nature (ps we don’t have tv’s and the wifi is very spotty) -you haven't read everything in this listing -you don't like animals -you don't think you can control your group -you don’t like nature and are afraid of dust/dirt/bugs (and mud if it is raining) - you want to play loud music all night long If none of the above apply to you- we truly can’t wait to host you! We are located in Marble Falls, the heart of hill country Texas. We are located approximately one hour from the Austin airport. There are so many amazing things to do in our town: Shopping, breweries, wineries, galleries, hiking, boating, kayaking, fishing. We are located approximately 15 minutes from lake access and have free boat parking available on site! We are within 15-20 minutes of several wineries and only 40 minutes from the famous Fredericksburg Winery and shopping! Also very close by are swimming springs, state parks, cavern tours, exotic zoo and so much more! **We have free boat parking available. We’re doing our best to not let construction interfere with our guests experience. We anticipate construction to be complete by summer of 2024. All GPS and maps will drop you at our service gate, the guest entrance is just to the left with two flags and a large overhead signage: Retreat Ranch. After inputting code, please be watchful of our free ranging horses (entering and exiting the gate). If you see the horses present please do not open/activate the gate; call us for assistance. Follow signs to ten minute check in parking. There is a 10 minute parking to start with, then after check in and unloading your vehicle, you can move your car to our parking lot. We live on the property and love visiting and interacting with our guests, but also know if a guest wants privacy we will honor that too :) A rural mostly residential neighborhood. There are no day guests allowed unless you have booked an event and paid the associated event fee. The cold dipping pools are only open if it is not freezing. The hot tub is available all year long and is $25 per day to heat. Although the tents are heated (and we provide heated blankets) as well as have AC & fans they’re still canvas tents so keep that in mind for temp forecasting. Please note we have cameras in the common areas (not in the accommodations or bathrooms). Our outdoor pavilion, Karma Lounge and labyrinth areas are for approved retreats and events only. Note we do not provide housekeeping services.
