It is above another unit. That unit, as well as the entire townhouse and another townhouse two blocks away are also available on Airbnb on my profile. This larger two-story unit is 1250 square feet. The main level has a huge kitchen, high-tech living room, a full bath with steam shower and washer/dryer, the master bedroom with a king-sized Tempurpedic bed, TV, and another en suite full bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. The top floor is a two-part room with two queen beds and a TV on one side and a twin bed on the other side, all with high quality pillows and mattress toppers. As you'll read in the reviews, I try hard to think of any detail I can improve (and welcome your suggestions!) and spare no expense. I have phone chargers galore, motion-sensing stair lights, all kinds of toiletries and spa-like treatments, plush bath-sheet towels, spices, hot sauces, sparkling water and sodas, and probably more by the time you read this! Guest access Check-in is super easy: you'll be provided a unique door code (usually last-four of your phone number) to access the building and unit. This space is completely private. The only common space is the small lobby area at the front of the house, which separate the two units.
