The PEACOCK suite next to a country club

This is the most charming guest suite with separate entrance next to a County Club. Our suite is in a family friendly neighborhood and is a short drive to great restaurants and shopping malls (less than 1 mile away). A very clean, relaxing and comfy place to enjoy. Once in a while you will see and hear our neighbor's peacock from a distance sometimes. Easy parking for one car on the driveway. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space NEW, NEW, & NEW Our new suite is around 350 sq ft. It includes a comfortable queen size bed and a fold up sofa bed. No kitchen but the suite is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The Peacock suite is attached to the main house, but offers complete privacy with it's very own entry. There are no stairs or anyone above you. The bathroom includes a shower and tub surrounded by marble and granite stone and a supply of high quality toiletries and towels for your use. If you are staying longer than 3 days, we will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. Our suite is best suited for up to two people, NO CHILDREN please! Our house is located in more of a suburb part of the city so you may have the luck to see and hear some animals such as raccoons, birds, owls, chicken and our neighbor's peacocks sometimes. Just a few minutes from the mall and restaurants (less than 1 mile away), and a 35 minutes drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Knott's Berry Farm. We are only 40 miles from the beach, and Downtown Los Angeles is 25 miles away. We are also a 5 minute drive to Cal State Pomona. Pomona Fairplex convention center is only 15 minutes from us. Guest access Guests have full private access and a keyless entry to the guest suite and can come and go as they please. There are no stairs or anyone above you. Other things to note Please note, no parties, and overnight guest. No smoking or doing any type of drugs including marijuana and no pet. We have one reserved parking space. If you have more than one car, we can work out the shared driveway (city does not allow overnight street parking). We have one parking spot for guests to park overnight. We live between 2 streets and (city does not allow overnight street parking on one of the street…If you need extra parking, we will give you another address to get to the other side of the street where street parking is allowed).
