Koontz Lake Waterfront Cottage- Near Notre Dame

Hello and welcome to our cozy cottage on the lake! This small town lakefront experience is so peaceful and relaxing and perfect for a family getaway. This is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10 guests with one king bed, 4 twin beds (includes one set of bunk beds), one full bed and one Queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has (4) twin beds and bedroom #3 has a full bed. The sleeper sofa is located in the family room, overlooking the lake. The space The entire home is yours during your stay. Please make yourself at home, and treat our home as if it was your own. We offer discounted rates if you stay for a week (or longer). Guest access The home has two floors and 1.5 bathrooms. There is also a deck, a patio and a private pier for your use. The water is very shallow (less than 3 feet) through the end of the pier so it’s a nice area to jump in and for kids to play while wearing the appropriate swim safety gear. There is also great fishing on this lake! Other things to note The area next to the home is a designated public access point to the lake so please don’t block it off. We have a cleaning service that takes care of standard cleaning and all linens and towels between rentals.
