We are also nearby an incredible network of beginner to advanced mountain biking trails, a pump track for kids, and the renowned KVR trail which winds through vineyards right into Penticton. In Penticton, there are many great restaurants and breweries to visit! The valley is known for it's fresh fruit and wine, hot summers, warm lakes and champagne powder (in the winter)! Other things to note Of course the waterfront, water toys, hot tub, private dock & mooring for your boat provides endless opportunities at your accommodation, but what sets Hoots apart is location in the heart of the Naramata Bench. This south facing waterfront Beach house is in the epicenter of wine country, cross country mountain biking & the KVR walking/biking trail. There are 50 wineries within 5 km. It is just off the KVR trail, the Three Blind Mice mountain bike trail network and Frisbee Golf Course. When you are done adventuring, you'll be cooling off in the lake & relaxing on your private dock taking in the sunset all at your doorstep. An owner lives in the other home on the property.
