Fully renovated building in the heart of Oberstdorf. Our holiday apartment 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are 4 stars (F***DTV classification). Our holiday apartment 2 is 3 stars (F***DTV classification). The space Our biggest apartment in this building is 102m2 and is located on the second floor/attic. This individual, modern, non-smoking apartment has a huge east-facing balcony with mountain view. You can enjoy the view of the mountains, discover the ski jump and watch the paragliders. In the light drenched bedrooms, two are fitted with a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) and one is fitted with a double bed (160cm x 200cm). With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area and a play gallery, you will find enough space to relax and have a get-together. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a double washbasin. A baby cot is available upon request. On site you can book the summer mountain railway tickets for the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal mountain railways free of charge during their opening hours from May to November. You can also book the use of the tennis courts of the TC Rot-Weiss Oberstdorf at the Fuggerpark free of charge during their opening hours from May to September. We have two bookable parking spaces and four bookable garage spaces with vehicle restrictions at the house for 6 euros/night each. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house by arrangement for a fee. Our water tap in the house is available free of charge.
