Enjoy eating on the deck or in the fully stocked kitchen with coffee ☕️ and treats provided. Perfect for family fun, relaxation, and lakeside memories! The space Entering the home, you’ll find a spacious foyer with room to leave coats and shoes, keeping the space tidy and welcoming. Head up the stairs to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where a wall of lakeside windows offers breathtaking views of the water. Two skylights add even more natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area features three queen-size sleeper sofas, providing plenty of space to relax and accommodate additional guests comfortably. Heading down the stairs, you’ll find a half bathroom, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms: The smaller bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for children or teens. The master bedroom boasts lake views, space for a king-size bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. Guests traveling with infants or toddlers can also be provided with a pack-n-play. This layout combines comfort, flexibility, and stunning lakeside views, making it ideal for families, groups, or multi-generational stays. Guest access The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted, and garage access is not available — no overhead door opener will be provided. If additional parking is needed, there is a small public lot just up the street for extra vehicles. Other things to note House Rules & Important Notes Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras are installed at the front and back doors. They are motion-activated and also take periodic still photos during the day. Any violation of house rules seen on camera may result in fines or being asked to leave. Please follow all house rules carefully. Home Use & Wear: Our home is lived in and used frequently. While professionally cleaned, the downstairs carpeting shows signs of wear in high-traffic areas. Not all areas have been remodeled, but appliances are maintained and repairs are completed promptly. Neighbors: We have wonderful neighbors who value peace and privacy. Guests must never enter neighbors’ lawns or boat decks. Violation may result in immediate removal from the property with no refund. Nature: Lakefront living means bugs and spiders may be present outdoors. We schedule professional treatments regularly, but nature cannot be fully controlled. Fireplace: The fireplace does not function and is not available for guest use. Grill: The grill has been removed for fall and winter and is currently unavailable. Respect & Safety: Please be mindful of the property, amenities, and surroundings. Following these guidelines ensures a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing stay for all guests.
