The cozy, fully equipped two-room apartment at Kurhausstr. 18 offers free Wi-Fi and a large balcony, as well as a swimming pool with sauna area right in the house! Our apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest with access to various hiking trails and guarantees absolute peace and quiet and offers a magnificent view of forest and nature. Enjoy the afternoon sun on our large south-facing balcony or watch the wildlife at dusk and listen to the Riefenbach. The space On 52 square meters, our two-room apartment with renovated bathrooms incl. shower tub, everything the vacationer's heart desires. In the fully equipped kitchen, from egg cooker to microwave to spaghetti strainer, everything you need for self-catering on vacation is available. In addition, there is a CoffeeB machine (without coffee balls). In the cozy 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, two adults can enjoy relaxing nights and the morning view of nature. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to two (small) children or one adult. Beautiful south balcony with access from the living room and bedroom. Guest access As a former hotel, the house has various wellness and leisure facilities. The highlight is the 10 x 20 m private indoor swimming pool with adjoining sauna area with a log cabin bio sauna (65 degrees Celsius) and Finnish sauna (85 degrees Celsius). These facilities are available to our guests free of charge (swimming pool daily; sauna Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat). You can also rent two bowling alleys for a small fee. A table tennis table and a foosball table extend the free leisure activities. Free parking is available on the property and the adjacent road. Another large (paid) parking lot is located a bit down the road, opposite the spa park. Other things to note One-time €30 for third person (including bed linen for sofa bed/1 towel package) One-time €20 for a dog Guest fee €3.00/day (children up to 18 years free) 1x bed linen and 1x towel package per person included free of charge; towels for further use such as swimming pool/sauna, etc. must be brought.
