This renovated 2 bed/1.5 bathroom condo is stocked and ready to go--Just bring your groceries and swimsuits! This quaint little beach condo is the perfect, affordable getaway you are looking for. In less than a two-minute walk from the front door, you can have your toes in the sand, soaking up the sun on the Gulf. It features a carport for private parking, two bedrooms, w/ a King bed in one room, two full beds in the other, a couch in the living area, and a queen air mattress The space The space is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo located within the Villas on the Gulf complex. The complex has its own private pool that is literally just a few steps from the condo, which is great in case you want to take a break from the beach and log some time at the pool instead. Villas on the Gulf are located on Pensacola Beach, along the Gulf of America. The area is quiet, well-maintained, and tastefully landscaped which really gives it the feeling of a tropical oasis. Per HOA policy, no guest animals/pets are allowed. Violations of this policy will incur an additional $250 fee for deep cleaning. There is a toll to get on Pensacola Beach--it is a "toll-by-plate" so no need to stop and scramble for spare change on your way through. They will mail you a bill to the address on your vehicle's registration. The door lock is a keypad deadbolt and you will have a unique user code assigned to you for the duration of your stay. We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. If you think you'll need more, please plan accordingly. The kitchen has everything you need to make anything from ramen noodles to a 5-course meal. Need to bake a cake? Make a smoothie? Slow cook in the crockpot? We've got you. Additionally, we provide a set of beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc.
