Modern new / cozy loft style unit conveniently located 3 miles from the Village of Saranac Lake, and 14 miles from the Olympic Village of Lake Placid. Full kitchen, sleeping area w/ full bed, living area w/queen futon, full bathroom w/shower, dining area, work station. Exterior amenities include fire pit, deck, parking, access to Saranac River & forested trails amidst 100 acre wooded preserve. Bring canoe/kayak & launch on Saranac River at our 16 acre lot across the street! The space Your stay will be in a cozy fabulous loft style studio with private entrance. Ideal for 2 adults. Open and airy. Bonfire with breathtaking view of McKenzie Mountain, seating & hammock. Guest access Guests have private entrance and access to our wooded 100+ acre forested lot and 16+ acre Saranac River lot across the street. Unit is a suite above our garage with private entry via shared driveway. Guests have access to the firepit/bonfire area with seating. Some of our property is being newly landscaped so please pardon our dust. Other things to note Property is located in Saranac Lake but outside the Village limits. It is on a main thoroughfare into town about halfway between Bloomingdale and Saranac Lake. You can bring your canoe/kayak and launch it across the street on our 16 acre lot on the Saranac River! The Adirondacks in early summer are known for mosquitoes and black flies - we highly recommend bug spray for outdoor activities. We acknowledge “no mow May” where locals do not mow lawns during May to help induce bee preservation in the area.
