Backyard to enjoy lawn games, grill, and relax by the outdoor fire-pit. The house has a cozy modern feel, making a perfect summer vacation or ice fishing/snowmobile trip on the lake. Located within 30 minutes of Portland & Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort. The space Spectacular views down the lake from the level, sandy bottom, water frontage! This is an adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that was completely rebuilt. There are a total of 3 decks and a dock on the lake for outside seating options! Decks & docks are guaranteed to be fully setup and installed by mid May each year until October. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, parking area, and back yard. Dock space is shared with owner & mooring with space available for guests boats on the L-shaped section. Other things to note Dock space is shared with owner & mooring with space available for guests boats. Though space can host a total of 9 guests using sofa beds and air mattresses, it can be tight. Smaller groups would be more comfortable or families with younger children.
