The space Located in the heart of the “Eternal City” just 200 meters from the Spanish Steps, " "Maison de l'Art" is a 17th century loft that places you front and center in the most elegant part of town and immerses you into the history and beauty of Rome. Guests can visit the most important monuments of Rome on foot and explore the many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Laid out over three levels, the spacious Ancient Turret (120 Sqm) was completely renovated by an Italian architect who reframed the interiors for modern living, using materials and subtle design updates that honor the historic past. The exposed rustic beams and ancient turret, are paired with both contemporary and period style, with prestigious murals that were contributed by famous Italian neorealist painter Renato Guttuso. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (WITH NO LIFT) and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 3 levels: - 1st level- it is composed of a roomy entrance, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ceiling representing "clouds on the sky" painted by "Guttuso", a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a master bathroom in the corridor with the bathroom area and toilette separate. - 2nd level - Huge living-room with a double bed couch and two single bed couches, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small flower's terrace. - 3rd level - A sweet attic with a single bed and small balcony where you will have access to a rooftop terrace equipped with two sun beds.
