The space Welcome to Villa Pergo, a historic Tuscan country villa dating back to 1640, once part of a traditional olive oil estate. Surrounded by countryside and olive groves, the villa offers an authentic Tuscan atmosphere while still providing modern comfort for a relaxing stay. With 350 sqm of living space, the property comfortably hosts up to 11 + 1 guests in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed across three levels. Thanks to the thick original stone walls, the villa stays naturally cool even during the hottest Tuscan summer days. The property was carefully restored in June 2017, preserving its historic character and architectural features. Because of a promise the owner made to his parents, the original layout of the rooms has been preserved, maintaining the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan country home. The property is surrounded by a beautiful 7,000 sqm fully fenced park, filled with centuries-old trees and elegant cypress trees that create a peaceful countryside atmosphere. A stone-paved driveway leads to the entrance gate and the villa. Infinity Swimming Pool One of the highlights of Villa Pergo is the stunning infinity swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters with 1.5 m depth.
