Guest access ⭐️ Villa Amenities and Services * Complimentary Amenities: - Towels provided (one per person) - Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and tissues - Hairdryer (one per room) - Iron - Washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent - Fully equipments kitchen - Free large bottles of drinking water * Services: - Daily housekeeping service - Fresh towels replaced daily - Massage and nail services at the villa: contact us directly to book. Therapist will bring all the necessary equipments and come to the villa, providing you with a perfect experience at any time. - BBQ at the villa: We will send you the menus and our staff will come to the villa to serve and clean up after your party. - Party and special event decoration setup : We can help you decorate for your special events and order a cake if needed. - Travel itinerary consultation and tour booking: We can assist booking tours with tour guide or help arrange transportation during your stay. Other things to note ⭐️ Additional Notes: - We will do our best to support your stay, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any requests. - Towels: Please do not use towels to clean the kitchen, floors, makeup, or dirt. We will charge 100,000 VND per piece if towels are stained or damaged. - Luggages storage: We are happy to assist with storing your luggages before or after check-out for free from 8 AM to 9 PM. - Early check-in and late check-out: We will confirm early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Confirmation will be provided one day prior or on the day of check-in/out. Additional fees may apply in certain cases. - All the noisy activities such as parties, games... in the outside area (swimming pool, yard) are not recommended between 10 PM and 6 AM.
