Spacious 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms vacation house in the heart of North Conway. Perfect location for all season get away. House offers spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space with bar stools, additional space in the family room on the ground level. Bathroom on each levels. Enough sleeping space for everyone. Now accepting winter ski rental for 2025-2026, Dec-March, or Jan-March. The space The total number of adults allowed at this house are 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult. Only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk beds. Spacious vacation home perfect for a large family with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Ideal vacation home for large groups, featuring fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of fun amenities. Two separate entertaining rooms on separate floors makes it perfect for every enjoy their time. House is on a quite residential street, allowing it to be close to all the local amenities yet set back from the traffic. This vacation home surrounded by the majestic white mountains provides a perfect escape for a tranquil getaway. Guest access House has a deck off the kitchen that can be used for grill and can fit couple chairs. There is a yard space to the left and back of the house that can be used for outside seating. Other things to note Please respect the quite time. No outdoor gathering between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We allow monthly rentals for winter season, beginning of December to end of March. We provide option to book a month or the entire winter season, if there are no other bookings already in place.
