A few meters from the sea Bianca sul Mare1 and 2 is one of the oldest homes in Tricase Porto, a small seaside village on the coast that leads from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca. The space The residence consists of two apartments: one is located on the first floor and is surrounded by a large equipped terrace overlooking the beautiful marina and where it is pleasant to eat while enjoying the view of the sea. It consists of: large entrance Bright large living-dining room with fireplace Large equipped kitchen One double/twin room with personal bathroom 2 double/twin bedrooms 2 Wide office bathrooms The rooms overlook the terrace, have double walls and high vaulted ceilings, so they are very cool even in the middle of summer despite being equipped, in almost all rooms, with air conditioners. In addition to being a summer residence, Bianca sul Mare is also perfectly enjoyable in the winter months because it is equipped with heating. The second apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the same garden. It consists of: entrance equipped kitchen One double/twin room with personal bathroom 1 double/twin room 1 bathroom, reading room (single bed can be added) The rooms have double walls and vaulted ceilings, so they are very cool even in the middle of summer. The entire villa has belonged, for over a century, to my family and in this town, several generations have spent their holidays for the beauty of the sea and the nature typical of the Mediterranean areas. Other things to note The rates shown include VAT, tourist tax and parking space. In the summer months, €100 per week is required for the use of air conditioners and €15 per single bed and €30 double for the supply of linens to be paid upon arrival.
