A few meters from the sea, Bianca sul Mare1 and 2 is one of the oldest residences in Tricase Porto, a small seaside village on the coast that leads from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca. The space The residence consists of two apartments: one is located on the first floor and is surrounded by a large equipped terrace overlooking the beautiful marina and where it is pleasant to eat while enjoying the view of the sea. It consists of: Large entrance Bright large living-dining room with fireplace Large equipped kitchen One double/twin bedroom with private bathroom 2 double/twin bedrooms 2 bathrooms Large office The rooms overlook the terrace, have double walls and high vaulted ceilings, so they are very cool even in the middle of summer, although the house is equipped with air conditioners in almost all rooms. In addition to being a summer home, Bianca sul Mare is perfectly enjoyable even in the winter months because it is equipped with heating. The second apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the same garden. It consists of: entrance fully equipped kitchen One double/twin room with private bathroom 1 double/twin bedroom 1 bathroom reading room (a single bed can be added) The rooms have double walls and vaulted ceilings, so they are very cool even in the middle of summer. The entire villa has belonged to my family for over a century, and several generations have spent their vacations in this location for the beauty of the sea and the typical nature of the Mediterranean areas. Other things to note The rates shown include VAT, tourist tax and parking space. In the summer months, €100 per week is required for the use of air conditioners and €15 per single bed and €30 per double bed for the supply of linen to be paid upon arrival.
