Our beautiful apartment is located in a central and strategic area of Porto Rotondo. Ideal for up to 5 people, it is located outside the chaos of the city, not even 5 minutes from the beach of Rudalza and the beginning of the Marina, as well as from every service. Each room enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains of San Pantaleo It consists of 2 large bedrooms, a spacious living area with a kitchenette and access to the mezzanine where there is a double bed. Pool access The space Our beautiful apartment is located in a central and strategic area of Porto Rotondo. The house, about 80 square meters, is located in an area with few housing units, and enjoys a beautiful view (from the living area and the bedrooms) of the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the "magical" hills of San Pantaleo. On the terrace there is a retractable table, ideal for eating meals with sea and hill views. It consists of: a large living area with sofas and TV for relaxation and a dining area; a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and washing machine; a double bedroom (200x200) of about 20 square meters; a spacious bedroom with a NEW French bed (160x200); a bathroom with bidet and shower. From the living area you can access a loft of about 12 square meters in which there is a second double bed (200x200). (Note: the mezzanine has a limited height). All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and there is air conditioning in the sleeping area and in the living area (which includes the mezzanine). The condominium pool, open from June to September during daytime hours, is accessible free of charge for guests, using the cards in the apartment. Although there is no parking space for exclusive use, there are several free or paid parking spaces.
