Private dock on large, spring-fed lake with kayaks

This rustic cedar cottage on beautiful, spring-fed Big Whitefish lake is an all-season retreat! The lakefront home offers 4 bedrooms including a newly remodeled basement and bathroom. You can head down the new stairs to your own dock and swim out to the two diving boards (until Labor Day) . Two kayaks, a row boat, swim floats and toys are available May thru September. This is a wonderful remote work location with excellent wifi. Pets welcome! There is a sandy shoreline as well. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and two twin mattress available. There is a good size family room upstairs with a TV and an Amazon Fire. High speed wifi is available and Verizon cell service is excellent. The basement has a new bathroom with a shower, a washer and dryer, a recreation area with a Playstation and TV, a small portable desk for work and two newly remodeled bedrooms each with a large window. The porch is a cozy location where you will find a cool breeze and stunning views of the whole lake. There is also a deck near the mid-point of the stairs that still gets wifi and is a great place to hang out or work with a view. The wood dock is a great place to sit and swim. There is a sandy beach on both sides of the dock. You can float or swim out to the association swim dock and jump off the high or low dive (until Labor Day) . You can use the 2 kayaks around the lake or use the row boat to fish. There are many fisherman who use the lake to catch Bass and other fish. There are two fishing poles for use as well. There is a great ice cream place a short drive away and a well-stocked corner store / gas station just down the road. Guest access There is a large driveway in the front of the house with plenty of parking.
