Ideal for a family with children, our main house will welcome you during your stay in Nantes to discover its many cultural activities and its beaches on the Atlantic coast. Our accommodation, not adjoining, has a very pleasant enclosed outdoor garden, a south-facing terrace, and a jacuzzi. Located in a cul-de-sac, and therefore quiet, its location is ideal next to the Parc de la Chézine for beautiful walks or bike rides in protected green spaces. The space You will be in Nantes in less than 15 minutes (direct bus), and you can discover the city with 100 parks, the giant Elephant, its castle of the Dukes of Brittany, its Saint Pierre Cathedral or its Memorial of slavery. You can discover the abundant cultural life of Nantes. The best-known event is "the trip to Nantes". During the summer, the city is transformed into a real work of art with the green line allowing you to take a tour to discover all the cultural riches of the city. Easily accessible by major roads, our house is also less than an hour from the great beaches of the Atlantic coast (La Baule, Pornichet, La Turbale, Pornic, Saint Brévin...). The Planète Sauvage park, ideal for children, is 25 minutes away, the Puy du Fou and the first vineyards 1 hour away (Quart de Chaume, Coteaux du Layon, Aubance...), the Green Venice 1 hour 20 minutes away, the troglodyte sites of Saumur 1 hour 30 minutes away... Composition of the accommodation: ground floor: large living room with living room, dining room with fireplace for winter, separate kitchen, back kitchen and toilet. The entrance hall provides access to the upper floor: mezzanine with games and books, master suite (large bedroom with double bed 160, dressing room and shower room), 2 bedrooms with double bed 140, a TV room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Outside: garden furniture, shaded terrace with hammock, jacuzzi, plancha, ping pong table This is our main residence, so we have personal belongings in some cupboards. You will find in the kitchen: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, Magimix Robot, toaster, electric juicer... baby equipment if needed: baby bed, highchair, baby bouncer The house has fiber optic internet, access to Netflix. We have two cats, who will be there during your stay. They are very nice with children and live their lives in and out without worries ;-)! What is included in the cleaning cost: Thorough cleaning Beds made on arrival, 1 small and 1 large bath towel per person, bath mat, dish towels.
