We are located in Bali, the most beautiful touristic destination in the world, more precisely in Permuteran, famous for its laid-back attitude, beautiful beaches, and proximity to nature. With the beach view, swimming pool, tennis court, yoga pavilion, terrasse, 6 staff including chef, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The space The Villa Bali il Mare is a 5 stars beachfront luxury house designed by the architect of Bulgari hotel and located in the North of Bali in Permuteran. The house has been conceived to mix the comfort of modern western living with the beauty and authenticity of the Balinese aesthetics. Sitting on 1.3 hectare of green land (13,000 square meters, 140,000 square feet), Bali Il Mare offers you a unique beachfront scenery with 200 meters (670 feet) of black sand beach, transparent water, and plenty of space to breathe. The interior The design of the house is based around the idea of space and luxury, to that extent Bali il Mare boasts 750 square meters (8000 square feet) of interior space and a 15 meters high ceiling (49 feet) : 4 suites (75 square meters each) with a special Master Suite and individual bathrooms. 1 immense living and dining room to spend time with the family and entertainment. 1 big TV corner suited with a 52″ TV (132cm) attached to the living room. 1 TV lounge / reading area. 1 Pool (American Billiard) area to enjoy a relaxing game around a Bintan (the local beer) at the end of the day. 1 Open kitchen suited with all the necessary cooking equipment. Guest access The guests can access the whole property and all amenities since its totally private. Other things to note - For bookings from 1 week and more, we offer a welcome package so you can enjoy a complimentary Lunch or Dinner (depending on arrival time) at the day of arrival and breakfast on the next day. - The base price is for 2 people. The extra charge for an extra person is 50 Euro/person/night. Please put the correct number of guests then the price will be calculated automatically. - Cleanliness matters more than ever, we are committed to higher standards for cleaning into Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process and practicing in our property. We have been completely the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, and Safety) program in Indonesia and we always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our villa to make sure you get the most comfortable stay with us. Stay safe and healthy!   - Pet is allowed, but guests have to pay the security deposit amount EUR 1,000. If there is nothing happens, we will give it back on the checkout date.
