The space The house has 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with separate toilet. The separate studio (4th bedroom) with 2nd bathroom is available if more than 4 guests are staying. Coffee and tea provided. Nespresso coffee machine available for your use, bring your own compatible pods. Basic pantry items provided. Linen and bath towels provided. Please bring your own towels for the lake. Base rate $240 per night (off peak) for up to 4 guests. Additional guests $20 per person, per night. $65 cleaning fee & $45 linen fee (compulsory)
