Living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a desk work space as well as 3 outdoor patios one in the backyard and the other at the Master bedroom, One at Guest Villa. High speed Internet 201 Mb. Huge game room with an 8 Foot pool table, Foosball, Steel Tip Dart Board, Poker table for 10 people, Smart TV, Board Games. Outside there is large yard, BBQ and large private pool. There is plenty of play area for Soccer, volleyball, yoga or any other outdoor sports. The garden is exhibiting local and exotic plants and trees. We do have a house manager off property in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Fridge, oven, microwave, Blender, toaster, TV, WiFi, washer, dryer. The garden is 1 acre and offers ample space to organize receptions and private parties. Outside you have Beer Cooler, table oh shit, chairs and a BBQ are provided along with two full bathrooms outside for when having a party.
