A stress free getaway for your family The space This is a 2 bedroom home with an open plan living area. It features a heat pump (for heating and cooling) Gas Heater. Our home has Free Unlimited Wifi, and internet TV. We also provide a small barbeque and Outdoor Furniture on the patio. This unique thermal village is extremely popular with locals & overseas tourists. For amazing views walk up Conical Hill. Enjoy thermal pools, spa (pamper yourself), jet boating, bungy jumping, mountain biking & forest walks. Laundry A laundry is accessed off the living area in the bathroom. It has a washing machine, clothes airer. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Family friendly A portacot, and high chair are supplied. We also have a number of toys, puzzles, and games to keep the kids amused. Bedrooms 2 Bedrooms include Queen size bed Double Bunk bed and 2 singles. Linen is available for hire from the office. $18 Queen sheets & Pillowslips , $15 Singles & Pillowslips and $5 towels. A bedmaking service is also available for $8 each bed. A port-a- cot, high chair and toy box are available free of charge. All beds have electric blankets and all rooms have electric thermostat heaters and wardrobes. Duvets and pillows are provided for the beds and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets, including those for the portacot. Bathroom Contains vanity with storage, hairdryer and shower. The toilet is in this room too. A Cleaning Service fee is added to your booking, which means the property will be cleaned on your departure this excludes bed making and dish washing. Check out time is 10am. Linen hire available please request costs at booking if required. Pet Policy: We are happy to accommodate your furry friends but ask that no animals on beds or furniture and they sleep in there crates, and you cleanup any window marks and doggy doo prior to will avoid the chance of being charged an additional cleaning fee. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy including the fully fenced outside area making it safe for the whole family. Other things to note A tea towel, bath mat and dishcloths are supplied along with cleaning products & rags, dishwashing liquid/powder and laundry powder. We have cooking oil, salt and pepper available in the kitchen. Guests are also required to bring their own: -Food & beverages, including coffee, tea, sugar etc. -Personal hygiene products including soap, shampoo etc. -Toilet paper (a small amount is provided for your arrival.) -A BBQ gas bottle or you can hire one from our agent – Hanmer Holiday Homes. Linen and towels You will need to bring your own linen, pillow cases and towels or they can be hired from our agent - Hanmer Holiday Homes. Please advise us if you wish to hire and we will book these items for you. You collect and pay for these when checking in.
