Bedroom two has two bunk sets, while bedroom three offers a double bed, TV and beautiful outlooks. The space Berridale Cottage is a charming traditional home built from red cedar and brick, offering warmth, comfort and space to truly unwind. A striking fireplace anchors the main living area, perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring the Snowy Mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, featuring an induction cooktop, microwave convection oven and dishwasher. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals with sweeping countryside views. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and a highchair is available for families. The cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing space and privacy for families or groups. Wake to breathtaking countryside sunrises, enjoy wide-open views across the property, and end your nights under spectacular star-filled skies. With room to relax and plenty of outdoor space, it’s ideal for guests travelling with dogs, remote workers needing reliable Starlink internet, and anyone wanting to slow down and enjoy the countryside. In winter, the cottage makes a peaceful base just one hour’s drive to Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds after a day on the slopes. In the warmer months, Thredbo’s renowned hiking and mountain biking trails are easily accessible, making the cottage a great choice for summer adventurers, nature lovers and star-gazers. Guest access Access to the entire 150+ acres. The property is not completely fenced and we will provide you with a map and landmarks for exploring. There are 5 dams on the property. Other things to note Berridale Cottage is pet friendly. Adjacent to the house is a securely enclosed area suitable for dogs, with both sunny and shaded spaces. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. Please note the entire property is not fenced, so we recommend taking pets out on a lead when outside the enclosed area. An extra-large dog bed, two food and water bowls are provided. Dogs are welcome inside the cottage, however we kindly ask that they are kept off furniture and beds. For families travelling with young children, a highchair and portacot are available on request. There is ample space in the main bedroom for the portacot to be set up, and babies using the portacot are welcome in addition to the 8-person occupancy. Berridale Cottage is a much-loved second home for the owners and is stocked and maintained as such. Guests are warmly invited to feel comfortable and at home during their stay, and we kindly ask that the property is treated with the same care and respect. If anything breaks or runs out during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
