Kirra Waves is a luxury oceanfront 2-bed apartment situated on the iconic Kirra Beach. Recently renovated, the apartment is set in a small residential block which is only steps away from one of the best beaches in Australia. Unlimited nbn high-speed internet is available via wifi and there is a 65in LED HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Binge and Chromecast included. Our Virtual concierge will also be happy to help you during your stay! **Please note; minor building refurbishment works from 26/08 The space Please note; the building will have some minor refurbishment works between 26th Aug for approximately 5 weeks Other things to note We can provide bedding for a sofa bed should you need it. NO SMOKING POLICY - Please note we have a strict no smoking policy. This means we do not allow guests to smoke anywhere in the apartment, including the enclosed balcony. If you need to smoke inside then please book elsewhere! We have installed 3 smart smoke detectors. If these are set off or if they are tampered with by removing the batteries, alerts are sent to the manager who will investigate. Airbnb guests who are found smoking will subsequently be asked to leave without a refund and this will be noted in their Airbnb review. An extra cleaning fee will also be charged to cover our costs on making the apartment ready for the next guest. NO PARTIES POLICY - Sorry to be party poopers but strictly NO parties. Please respect our neighbours and always be mindful of noise. We have installed Minut tamper-proof smart sound detectors which will alert management if noise levels are sustained over 80-90 dB.
