Welcome to our home Enjoy our Villa Dorée, renovated in 2021, and its privileged location on the harbor of Camaret-sur-Mer. The port is 50 meters away, the Corréjou beach sheltered from the prevailing winds is 100 meters away, the artists' district or the GR34 trail await you at the foot of the house. The space Villa Dorée welcomes you to share unforgettable memories with family or friends. On the ground floor: You enter a spacious living room bathed in light including the dining room with its 3-meter family table and an open kitchen with its central island. The perfect combination of the pleasure of cooking and moments of sharing with loved ones with stunning sea views. Relax to read or watch TV in the very bright and high ceiling lounge area with sofa and armchairs that opens onto the outdoor patio. A chess table is also available to guests. The hallway will lead you to a bedroom with a queen size bed with tasteful decor and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs: Three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with an identity, consist of a double bed, an armchair and storage with hangers. Two of the bedrooms have amazing sea views. The children's room is modular with its trundle bed that opens to give access to a second 90*200 bed. The warm atmosphere and games selected for your children's enjoyment will make this room an ideal place to have fun or rest in peace. The shower room is pleasant and functional with its double sink and plenty of storage. The toilet is separate. Basement: In the play area with foosball, you will play frenzied games between adults and children. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Outside: You will enjoy a 40 m2 terrace ideal for observing the comings and goings of the boats or sharing convivial moments, a 500 m2 enclosed garden and a quiet patio beautifully decorated with soft lights and various plants. You can easily park under the terrace on stilts. Other things to note The Villa Dorée is intended for a maximum of 10 guests. During the French school holidays, we rent for a minimum of 7 nights. Early check-in or late check-out may be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation. Any request for early check-in or late checkout will be subject to acceptance by us at least 2 days before arrival and priced according to the conditions below: - €100 for check-in from 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. - €100 for a late check-out at 12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. A deposit cheque of 1000 euros will be requested upon arrival to guarantee the good condition of the rented property and returned upon departure.
