Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The lounge kitchen and dining are all open plan and enjoy the stunning water views. The bedrooms are located in the collect back parts of the property. There is a table tennis table in the garage for guests to use also Other things to note COVID-19 NZ Residents - Should you be unable to travel for your confirmed booking due to Covid-19 isolation requirements please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your booking to others and you will be welcome to move your booking to a future date at no additional charge providing it is not moving seasons. If this is not a possibility we will try to offer a refund where possible. BOATS Off street Jet Ski or Boat parking for single Axel trailer boats 6m or less is available. Please note due to limited water supply we cannot offer boat washing facilities and strictly no gutting of fish is to be done on the property - extra cleaning charges will apply PETS We do not permit pets on the property - with no exception - please make arrangements for your family friend prior to traveling.
