Mango Hill Farm - country farm retreat

A beautiful, fully restored 120+ year old Queenslander with a wraparound veranda nestled at the top of the farm. Dovecote is a fully self contained cottage equipped with wood fireplace, kitchen and comfortable lounge room with period furniture. Enjoy your country escape by exploring the grounds to meet the farm animals using the maps provided. They love mango leaves right off the many tress lining the driveway! The space The 10.4acre farm has views to Mt Beerwah and much of the Glasshouse area and nearby macadamia and cattle farms. Kookaburras, rosellas, finches, whip birds, water dragons and dozens more hinterland animals love to nest in the native trees that run down the farm edge and along the forest walk by the creek. We rescue and care for goats, sheep, alpacas, chickens, cows and miniature horses. 2 single fold out beds and cot are available to be setup on request. Guest access Stay includes private use of the entire house, Dovecote Cottage and cottage gardens. Explore the fruit orchid or walk the mango tree lined avenue that loops the farm. Access to the farm paddocks is not permitted outside of feeding times. Other things to note Pets are not permitted without prior special approval. Extra fees will be charged for arriving with unapproved pets and you may be asked to remove them. Internet/phone signal is intermittent with low reception.
