We know what it's like to travel with kids, you almost need to hook up a trailer to fit it all. Well no more... pack lightly with all linen & towels provided with endless entertainment! Unlimited Wi-Fi (NBN), Reverse Cycle Split System, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, 4K Smart T.V with Netflix, North facing back deck with outdoor setting, BBQ & Weber, Basketball Hoop, Pool Table/Table Tennis, Dart Board, Block-out Curtains, Portacot, High Chair & Baby Gate on the stairs. The space 4brm (sleeps 10 + infant in portacot, maximum of 6 adults), 2 Bathrooms, 2 Living Areas (both with lounges and tv's), Games Room and full size laundry. 4th bedroom is locked unless booking over 8ppl Upstairs: -1st bedroom - 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 with a 5 draw tallboy for clothes. Ceiling fan installed for comfort in Summer. -2nd bedroom - 1 QB (+portacot if required) with sliding doors opening out to the back deck. Room includes built-in closet for hanging clothes. There are bedside tables on both sides of the bed with a lamp and G00gle Home Hub. Ceiling fan installed for comfort in Summer. -Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity. -Iron and ironing board in the hallway cupboard. -Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and gas cooking. Pots, pans and oven trays are all ready for you to cook with. You will also find all the essentials including foil, cling wrap, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, soap, fly spray, selection of Aurora teas, coffee and sugar. We have plenty of glasses, plates, bowels and cutlery including children's plastic sets. -Continental breakfast included (cereals and pancake mix in cupboard). -Lounge room with a new 4K Smart TV, DVD Player with a large range of DVD's, lounges + Reverse Cycle Split System with sliding doors opening out to the back deck. A large range of puzzles/family games are stored in the entertainment unit. -Lounge room includes a desk and swivel chair with USB ports in the wall with a lamp. A Dyson Stick Vacuum is hanging on the wall for cleaning up quickly and effortlessly. -Dining Room with large table and chairs (seats 10) + highchair and ceiling fan. -Back deck has a BBQ, Weber and outdoor furniture. There is also lighting for when it gets dark. Downstairs: -Laundry with 8.5kg washing machine, sink, washing basket, pegs and washing powder. -Bathroom with toilet and shower. -3rd bedroom with QB (can also fit a portacot in the room if required). Room also includes bedside tables, a dresser to store clothes and a heater available in Winter. The room has sliding doors opening to the backyard. -4th bedroom has a DB, bedside tables and a lamp. This room is locked unless more than 8ppl are staying. -Rumpus room with a TV, lounges, pool table/table tennis, dart board + children toys/games for all ages. Outside: -Washing line under the back deck. -Trampoline -Basketball hoop on stand (basketball stored inside). -Outdoor shower. -Beach gear with beach pull cart. -Large background with direct access to the Catalina Golf Course. The club has kids club every weekend and every night during School Holidays so parents can relax. Please note, the hot water is solar heated 🌞 There is also an outdoor power point out the front should you need to plug in your EV. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, only one small store room downstairs has been locked as well as one kitchen cabinet and some cupboards upstairs to store linen. Other things to note For convenience, we provide a few rolls of toilet paper for each booking, a bar of soap in each bathroom + shampoo/conditioner. You may need to purchase extra for long stays. You'll find all the essentials in the kitchen with washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, cling wrap, foil, tomato & BBQ sauces. The kids will likely find a special treat in the freezer too! Washing powder is left out for guest use in the laundry. If the BBQ gas bottle requires replacing, please provide a receipt for a full refund (bottle exchanges can be done at local petrol stations or Bunnings). 5 night minimum stay over the Christmas holiday period, 3 night minimum over long weekends including Easter.
