If you're seeking a party house, I regret to inform you that this is NOT the place. Daggers Den, is a spectacular and spacious family holiday retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Just a two-hour drive from Adelaide, it offers a riverside location with incredible views and private river access. Amidst a picturesque gum-studded landscape, you can relish the tranquility and even spot the occasional kangaroo, echidna, or tawny frogmouth that frequent the area. The space The upper level features six bedrooms, a generously equipped kitchen with dual microwaves, oven, electric hotplate, coffee pod machine, two fridges, and a double drawer dishwasher. The dining, lounge, and sitting areas lead to an expansive balcony that offers breathtaking views of the river and its sandstone cliffs. The lounge TV is internet-ready, providing complimentary access to Netflix and a PS3, and most bedrooms are equipped with TVs. On the lower level, you'll find a BBQ area, pool table, table tennis, and an additional lounge area for separate entertaining. The property boasts its private boat ramp, granting you year-round access to the Murray River. This lovely family holiday home features two bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone, and even includes an ice machine to keep your drinks cool. At the front of the property, there's a fire pit with seating for those who wish to bring along firewood. To make the most of your stay and acquaint yourself with all the property's features, you'll find a comprehensive booklet on the dining room table upon your arrival. It provides all the information you need to enhance your experience. **Kindly be aware that an additional fee applies if you need sheets and towels. We recommend bringing your own, although we do supply quilts, pillows, and tea towels. Guest access Guests will have full access to all six bedrooms, both upstairs and downstairs living areas, as well as the balcony. However, please note that the shed, the downstairs bedroom, and the kitchen pantry are restricted areas and not accessible to guests.
