PEAK SEASON JUN - SEPT (SUNDAY - SUNDAY BOOKING ONLY) Welcome to Picturesque 2 bedroom cottage, total privacy. Kick back and enjoy the serenity of the deck and private backyard. Enjoy great family time and story telling at the fire pit.. kids play in the play structure.. relax and unwind.. Entertainment includes classic movies on the revolutionizing DVD and VCR combo set, board games & kids toys. Pls bring your own toiletries, sheets - detailed info will be sent upon booking. The space Open concept kitchen/ dining / living room for ample space to relax and enjoy. Bedroom 1 - Has a Queen and bunk bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed There are 2 foldable single beds The beds are provided with fitted sheets and pillow, pls bring your own bedsheets and pillow cover. Please bring your own toiletries, bath and hand towels. Bedsheets are available, though clients can choose to bring their own, so this option is totally up to you. The cottage is on well water and septic system so request limiting use of water. *Due to allergies No Pets pls, we have tried non allergic pets still no luck. Guest access Max of 2 garbage bags allowed (Do not put blue bin items into garbage). Additional bags $5 extra charge. Garbage bags are available below the kitchen sink, once done please tie them up and leave them in the garbage bin located behind the BBQ . There is a Temporary Storage shed at the back - please do not access it as its not stable. Guests are requested to take away all recyclables including any liquor / beer bottles/cans etc. Blue bin is provided for temporary storage. Other things to note Fishing spots are about a 4 min walk down the road with access points to Sauble river Southampton main beach is about a 4 min drive Southampton lighthouse is about a 3 min drive Port Elgin Beach is about a 10 min drive Sauble Beach is about a 20 min drive Southampton downtown has great pubs / restaurants Check out Outlaw Brew, Walker House Restaurant, Lighthouse restaurant, Southampton Thai, Duffys Fish and Chips, Elk & Finch Coffee pub and much more.. Please make sure that kids do not access the wood storage and the small axe provided, as they might get hurt or damage trees playing around with axe. Do not walk on the fire pit stones.
