The Iconic Gerringong Necessity Surf Shop lies in the Main Street of Gerringong. Berry, Treetop Walk, Jamberoo Recreation Park only short distance away. The space Ocean Breeze is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms hold Queen sized beds with wall mounted flat screen TVs with integrated DVD players. A expansive DVD library is accessible in the lounge room of the property. Hair dryers have been provided in both bathrooms for your use along with shampoos, conditioners and soap items.The house itself has reverse cycle air conditioning along with numerous fans throughout the property to keep you cool in the hot summer days. During the winter months a fireplace will keep you warm and cosy. Tea, coffee and sugar are available, also a cappacino machine has been provided. Internet and Netflix is also available. The large timber deck has a gas BBQ and an outdoor table seating 8 where you can entertain or just relax and watch the beautiful picturesque scenes of the mountains and the surrounding areas of the south coast. A new Pizza Oven is also available where you can cook up a storm and create your own masterpiece. A canoe with life jackets is avaiable along with 2 surfboards, a boogy board and 2 bikes, however you will need to bring your own bike helmets to use these. Darts and table tennis is also available for your use. Its a flat,level walk to the beach. The property is pet friendly - outside and garage area only - however the beach allows you to take your dog off leash where they can play in the surf and sand. Around the corner from Ocean Breeze is the Werri Beach Fish shop where you can enjoy a quick meal of fish and chips. Gerringong has many cafes, it has a well stocked supermarket and bottle shop. The Iconic Gerringong Necessity Surf Shop lies in the main street of Gerringong. A nine hole golf course lies a short distance south of the town. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. backyard and garage. The only area not available for guests is the back section of the garage which will remain locked. Other things to note Ocean Breeze has permanent residence both sides of the house so we request that you keep the noise down to a minimum during your stay.
