Keyless Entry during stay. The space SPECIAL NOTE: We take your health and safety seriously: Every surface is meticulously dusted and cleaned by our professional cleaning staff between every stay. Our essential oil diffusers offer a purified air environment making our space that little more cleansing for everyone. The fresh linen is 1200 Egyptian cotton thread count for the sheets for anyone who may have sensitivity to polyester or blended fibres and 250 cotton thread count for the warm duvets. The towels are Egyptian cotton and are oh so soft. We also offer beach towels so no need to pack that extra bag. This large, high vaulted ceiling home, has character and that Byron Bay charm, with modern amenities. The house has been completely renovated with new bedrooms, furniture, 2 new bathrooms and freshly painted inside and out. It is decorated with artefacts from different cultures, great reading materials provided, luxurious furniture and a fully equipped cooks kitchen (including spices, oils and teas). It is the perfect mix of modern home meets Byron charm, the home is solid double brick, double storey, it is spacious, open and it's multi-levels and sunken lounge area make it an interesting and very comfortable, grounded and homely space. The house is opposite a scenic lake in Suffolk Park (Baywood Chase) area, with small walk to an amazing kids playground w/oval and skate park, basketball & tennis courts, bike track and with a view of mountains in the distance and the scenic backyard from the room upstairs. The inside of the home and all bedrooms were recently renovated, freshly painted and new blinds added. All Beds are super plush, top-of-the-line pillow top mattresses, with new new quality fresh quality linen & towels, 4 Beds= (1 x queen + 1 x double bed + 1 x King Single Bed + 1 king single Matt Blatt fold-out sofa couch) all accommodating 6 guests comfortably (5 with-out fold out couch). Note: there is a top of the line blow up double bed available for the living room too that can accomodate an extra 2 guests, (total 8) ..please apply regarding extra guests as costs apply for 6 or more guests. Each guest has quality fresh bath and beach towels supplied and all rooms have mirrored built in robes with shelves and hanging space. The Upstairs bedroom is light and fresh with mountain views, it also has a sleek work desk and a new Sony 42" Smart UHD TV with Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney+ and free-to-air. The bottom bedroom has a brand new queen size bed and wall mounted Samsung frame UHD TV as well as access to new new 1.5 bathrooms recently renovated. Air conditioning in top 2 bedrooms plus all rooms have Fans and heaters (winter) are also supplied. Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are provided as well. This room is cosy and grounding with new timber floors. BEDROOM 2: (recently renovated) 1 x Private Room (upper floor) inc. top of range double bed with soft plush pillow-top mattress and quality linen, Air-conditioner (heating and cooling) LED Overhead light and fan controlled by remote, office desk, chair, 42" wall mounted UHD flat screen television with Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney+ & Free-to-air TV. This room has a great overhead view south over the lake and west over the mountains. Also includes a plush chair and quality work desk for your stay.
