Villa Del Mar, is a relaxing oasis, perched in the treetops, luxuriously furnished in the beachside Hamptons style, with sumptuous beds, luxury hotel linens with feather duvets. Pets are welcome, please note there is no grass area on the property, the outside space consists of the main outside deck and a second small deck off the main lounge. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Orewa township and beach, being a quiet luxury retreat, the house is not suitable for younger groups Security cameras operate at the entry to the property for security. Guest access Whole property Other things to note The house is a unique multi level design so there are quite a lot of steps. Some of the steps are very wide so not practical for adding baby gates, but the door to the large lounge and dining can be shut to contain infants. There is parking for 2 cars, 1 single garage and 1 carpark behind the garage on the driveway, additional free parking outside the property on the roadside. Please note there is a second property located to the left rear of the property that we have a single tenant, due to the layout of the property, you shouldn’t hear the tenant, and unlikely to see them. They have there own pedestrian entry separate from the main house to the left of the property, they park to the left of the drive Owners clothes are in one wardrobe and the wardrobe is locked off
