Port Stephens - ‘PINDIMAR SANDS’ sandy beachfront

Walk outside and you are on the beach…8 mins off freeway, 1:45mins from start of freeway @ Hornsby (2.5hrs from Sydney CBD) Very large beach house on sleepy North Port Stephens (Pindimar) with large 1/2 acre outdoor space and water views everywhere! Wifi NOTE - NOT A PARTY HOUSE sorry we do not accept bookings for events or groups of people under 25. Note - 12 guests maximum due to fire and council regulations + hot water and septic tank limitations. The space Walk outside to the warm waters of Port Stephens, comfortable and relaxing and perfect for a family holiday or a quick getaway with friends! Two and a half hours out of Sydney (1hr45min from Hornsby) making it very easy to access for anyone with a car! Lots of great attractions nearby (Tea Gardens 10 minutes way Hawks Nest 15mins, Mungo Brush, ferry to Nelson Bay) to explore before coming back to our little private beach oasis. Note our beach is tidal and only a few feet deep at high tide so great for kids and usually nice and warm. You can wade out to the deeper water if you wish. We do have a brazier so small campfires are allowed in the winter months. Guest access Direct beach access so small children must be supervised although not deep water until 50 metres from shore 3 Bathrooms 3 Separate toilets (including ensuite) Upstairs- 2 Queen Bedrooms with water views (one with ensuite) and a room with 2 singles and a trundle. Downstairs-2 Queen rooms A recently renovated kitchen. BBQ 2 large lounge rooms both with flatscreen TVs. Foxtel sport on one TV in main lounge room. Air con cooling and heating in both lounge rooms and upstairs bedrooms. Direct level access to beach from deck -30 metres away. Unfortunately from November 2020, our kayaks will no longer be available as insurance won’t cover the use of them. We are on TANK WATER. We drink the water but if you’re concerned you can buy water from Coles at Tea Gardens. You can also boil the water and put in the fridge. We leave an INITIAL supply of TOILET PAPER. LINEN CAN BE PROVIDED AT ADDITIONAL COST -$180 unless if booking fee is over $1800, then linen is included. Doona's and pillows provided. Linen can be hired at Moores Laundry Service Tea Gardens for very cheap rates. Well worth it if staying a week or more. We now have WiFi. Boat ramp 200 metres away - but can only use at high tide. LATE CHECKOUT can be arranged, if available for an extra $60. Other things to note Great for paddle boarding or kayaking from your own beach. Note you are not covered by public liability insurance whilst not within the boundary of the property. That is we accept no legal liability if a guest is injured whilst not on the premises using our equipment.
