Perfect for a peaceful getaway on the outskirts of Dunedin. Please note: this is not a party house. The space About the House Step through the doors and immediately feel at ease with the inviting ambience, soft tones, and cosy furnishings. All beds feature luxurious linen and electric blankets to keep you comfortable on cooler nights. This two-storey home offers an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The private, fully fenced section includes outdoor decking on two levels. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped laundry, it’s perfect for families. Off-street parking is available on both sides of the house, along with a single lockable garage. While the house does not have a television, fibre broadband is available for those who wish to stay connected. Guest access You will be able to access the whole house, yard and garage. Other things to note Ocean View & House Guidelines Ocean View is a stunning beach with beautiful scenery and rocks to explore. However, it is not safe for swimming due to strong and dangerous rips. For safe swimming, please head around to the patrolled area at Big Rock on Brighton Beach. At certain times of the year, you may spot local wildlife, including little blue penguins hiding among the rocks or seals basking in the sun. This is not a party house. Our home is best suited for families or groups seeking a quiet getaway. Large groups of people in their twenties are not ideal, and we ask all guests to respect our neighbours and the peaceful nature of the Ocean View community.
