PORONGURUP 180° VIEW - MODERN BOHO-CHIC SYTLE - CENTRAL LOCATION The space Walk through the front door and the magnificent Porongurup Range awaits you. This stunning 180° degree view is breathtaking - hazy and soft in summer, crisp and clear in winter. Our home is charmingly decorated to a Modern Boho - Chic style. The elegant clean lines, specially selected antique furniture, simple and understated home wares, create a style that emulates the true spirit of the house. A well appointed, bright and spacious kitchen awaits you. The kitchen is perfectly positioned to easily prepare and enjoy meals with friends and family. There are two separate living areas. One is on entry level and provides an open, spacious social setting adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. The second living area is for peace and quiet. Go downstairs and you have tranquillity with no distractions, other than the beautiful ambience of the meditation garden and beyond. The bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite are all luxuriously appointed. We only use the best crisp white linen and all mattresses are deluxe standard. Our comfortable outdoor setting and barbecue on the balcony provide another living retreat, again with uninterrupted views. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is no sharing with anyone else. Please note that guest bookings for two people have the complete and private use of the queen sized master bedroom, the adjoining en suite bathroom, two living areas (upstairs & downstairs), kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, an additional toilet downstairs plus an outdoor hot shower. If, as a two person booking, you require the use of the additional bedroom, bathroom and toilet, then please advise me prior to your arrival. An extra charge does apply. Other things to note If you are very lucky you may get to spot our resident hen..... she can be shy. We therefore have a strictly NO pets policy. Be certain to try our outdoor heated shower too. Please note that we are also totally a Smoke FREE Property. For guests added security and safety a CCTV camera is installed at the front of the house entrance.
