Pass MacCallum Pool, Cremorne Point's beautiful harbourside swimming pool, where swimmers enjoy the water against the backdrop of the harbour, Sydney's iconic landmarks and the city skyline. Continue along the leafy Cremorne Point foreshore parkland, where you may see locals out for a morning walk, jog, walking their dog and families picnicking on the grass or people sitting beneath the trees enjoying the harbour. Along the way, discover Cremorne Point's Art Deco apartments and character homes tucked among established gardens. Pack a picnic and choose your own spot on the foreshore — spread out on the grass beneath the trees, watch yachts and ferries cross the harbour and enjoy lunch with a view that's hard to beat. Continue around to Mosman Bay and stop at Mosman Rowers for a coffee, lunch or a drink right by the water, watching rowers and boats come and go. From here, catch a local bus into Mosman to explore its shops and cafés or continue on to beautiful Balmoral Beach. When you're ready to head home, wander to Mosman Bay Wharf and catch the ferry back to Cremorne Point Wharf. The nine-minute ferry journey places you at Circular Quay, where ferries, trains, buses and light rail connect you with Sydney's attractions, neighbourhoods and beaches. You can catch a train/bus up to the Blue Mountains. At the end of the day, leave the city behind you and return across the harbour to the peaceful surrounds of Cremorne Point. With the bus at your door and the ferry just a short walk away, you may find there's simply no need for a car.
