Bob's Place - Beach views for miles around!

We believe that Bob's Place is the best situated house on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula! Located right on Middleton Point with 180 degree views, this is the perfect location for surfing, whale watching and exploring the fabulous surrounding area on the South Coast. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. Blockout Dates apply 22-25 November 2024 The space Bob's Place is designed to be a cozy cottage and we've organised it so it's as comfortable as possible - all you need to do is sit back and relax and enjoy the view….We hope you agree that the view from the lounge and front deck is the absolute best! There are three bedrooms available with one shower and two toilets. There are three reverse cycle air conditioners - in the lounge, bedrooms 1 and 2 plus ceiling fans in all rooms also. Please be aware you will need to bring all your own linen, including towels, bed sheets and duvet/doona covers and pillow cases. If you require linen prior to your arrival this can be arranged directly with Sea Breeze Services or Victor Linen and Hospitality Supplies. Duvet/doonas and pillows are supplied. One of the best beaches on the South Coast, Middleton is the go-to place for your next family getaway or surfing safari. For families, nearby beaches at Goolwa, Horseshoe Bay are the best for toddlers and teens alike. Middleton Beach is perfect for beginner to advanced surfers. There are lots of things to do in the local beachside towns of Port Elliot, Victor Harbor and Goolwa as well as surrounding areas on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Guest access You have access to the entire property. Please be mindful that the driveway is shared with our neighbours. Other things to note Please note that - to maximise comfort for our guests - the accommodation only fits 6 people maximum thank you.
