Other things to note Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $40 per pet for your entire stay. Whilst it rarely gets hot in Dandenong Ranges, Aircon is available upstairs, with 3 portable evaporative coolers in the rooms downstairs if needed. Ducted heating is present all over the house. Please let us know if you need a cot or a high chair and we can make it available for your stay. Strictly no noisy gatherings allowed. After 8pm, please note there is no loud music and noise allowed as it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. External cameras and noise monitors in driveway - are installed to monitor traffic, ensuring safety without affecting your privacy. Only number of guests that are booked will be allowed. Guests that are not booked will be asked to leave the premises. 4th bed is in common area ( second living area), with curtains for added privacy.
