Stevenson Beach Cottage, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management Newcastle, is a beautifully updated home in Newcastle’s trendy East End. Just moments from beaches, ocean baths, foreshore, parklands, cafés, shops, and the new light rail, it’s perfect for families or groups who want to stay close to the beach while enjoying convenient access to the CBD for business or leisure. The space Stevenson Beach Cottage is a mix of old charm with new conveniences. There are five bedrooms, three with queen beds and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is air conditioned, while the fourth bedroom features a double bunk bed and direct access to the internal courtyard. The second bedroom opens onto the front porch and has a desk and office chair. There is a small fifth room with a single bed for a 10th guest. The well equipped kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher is situated in the middle of the house surrounded by a breakfast nook and dining room featuring an eight seat dining table for entertaining. The air conditioned sitting room opens onto the back deck with partial views to the harbour. Another lounge area boasts a large television, board games and access to WIFI. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry along with a second toilet.
