Yellowbox cottage is nestled by the river in the Goobarragandra Valley 14kms east of Tumut. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The main living is all upstairs with two king beds(can be split to 4 single beds, prior arrangement) 2 queen bedrooms and ensuite downstairs with external access. Gourmet kitchen, dining room lounge room. Foxtel, unlimited Wi-Fi. Reverse cycle air cond, internal laundry. Enclosed balcony with BBQ, 180 degree views of the river. Large fully fenced back yard, undercover parking. The space Yellowbox has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ensuite is a disabled designed bathroom and the main bathroom has shower and corner spa bath with separate toilet. Yellow Box cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, that can be easily configured for with two large king beds that can be separated to provide for 4 single king beds. Downstairs with external access there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an ensuite. The cottage has a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., plus separate dining room with seating for 10, lounge room with TV, (Foxtel Premium Package- all movie & sports channels)and unlimited Wi-Fi. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. A very large enclosed balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting with 180 degree views of the river below. Guest access Guests have 62 acres to walk and sight the magnificent birdlife, swim in the river, fish for trout, have a campfire or go tubing down the river - great fun for all ages. Other things to note Dogs are most welcome inside the cottage but we do ask they do not go onto carpeted areas, and do not sleep on the furniture or bedding. We supply dog bowls and Poop bags.
