FEATURING 5 -7 BEDROOMS (lounge and dining can be converted to a 6th and 7th bedrooms). UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS BEDROOM 1: 1 X Queen bed and 1 king single bed BEDROOM 2: 1 X Queen bed and 1 long single bed. Both rooms suitable for either a couple or two singles. Each bedroom also has a walk in robe with porta-cots inside each wardrobe, Flat Screen TV and balcony. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS BEDROOM 3: 2 X double beds 1 single bed. Flat Screen TV, safe, bathroom with two entrances. BEDROOM 4: 2 X single beds, or one King upon request. The singles can be pushed together to make one king if required only upon request. TV mounted on the wall, safe. BEDROOM 5: 1 X king bed that can be separated to 2 X long single beds. Flat screen TV, safe. BEDROOM 6: The Lounge can convert into a bedroom with 1 X queen wall bed, electric fireplace and TV. BEDROOM 7: Separate Dining room can also convert to a bedroom, also has 1 X queen wall bed. 3 BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS BATHROOM: shower, toilet. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOMS: Large bathroom with bath, seperate shower, toilet, accessible by two entrances - designed to allow two bathrooms with easy access from the outdoor hot tub through the laundry with washing machine. Second bathroom has shower and toilet. 4 LIVING AREAS A large, fully equipped kitchen, with Miele cooking appliances and large island bench. The kitchen has everything including coffee machine, sandwich maker, food processor and much more. The kitchen is adjoined to the meals area with a large granite table and seating for 10-12. An entrance to one of the back entertaining areas with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood fired pizza oven (BYO wood available at bunnings). Next to the meals area is a large family room that has a lounge suite and large wall mounted TV, with another entrance to another outdoor Pergola with outdoor kitchen wood oven and seating areas. At the front of the house is a separate lounge also referred to a 6th bedroom with a queen wall bed if required. This room has a gas log fire to curl up on those cold winter nights, whilst enjoying another Large TV and DVD player. The lounge is joined to a separate dining room, with queen wall bed if required, (referred to as 7th bedroom), a large blue pearl granite dining table - with seating from 6-8. Double doors open onto the 2 eating areas, Pergola, outdoor BBQ kitchen, pizza oven, playground and golf green. Upstairs is a beautifully fully equipped HOME THEATRE With an Overhead Projector, seating for 14, access to Foxtel and Blu Ray player, so you can bring your own movies to watch as comfortably as Gold Class. The screen is projected onto the wall. The room has a bar at one end, and views of the Wild-coast Reserve with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. With your own private Movie Theatre, the challenge is staying awake. Guest access The property is fully fenced but does have a shared driveway with our next door neighbour. The house itself and the surrounds is seperate from the next door neighbour and has plenty of parking. Position prefect, close to Golf Courses, Hot Springs, Bay and Surf Beaches. There is over a dozen Golf Courses, Wineries with tours, restaurants, mazes for the kids, including the new tree surfing maze at Arthurs seat, fishing, surfing, walking, horse riding, hot springs, art galleries, corporate team building are just a few things that our beautiful part of the world has to offer. Other things to note Pets are welcome, only upon request. Not permitted in bedrooms, on carpeted areas or upstairs.
