There are several large balcony's as well as an expansive roof top terrace with spectacular views and sun beds for private sun bathing. Recycling matters and there are appropriate bins for food scraps / plastic/ bottles and glass. rubbish bags are clearly marked by colors and the days of which rubbish to be placed on verandas is clearly marked also. A copy of your passport or drivers license and a signed house rules agreement must be obtained upon check in. 1 hour notice is required upon arrival to the property manager It is required that you contact our property manager at least 1 hour before arrival for check-in purposes 12.
