The Island Bay Ranch property is situated on more than a kilometre of waterfront and there are breathtaking views in every direction of water, mangroves, wetlands, or rolling fields. Island Bay Ranch accommodates a maximum of 28 guests, divided into 6 separate cabins. Bedding Configuration; Cabin 1-One queen bed, two single beds. Cabin 2- One queen bed, seperate room 3 single beds. Cabin 3- One queen bed, seperate room 3 single beds. Cabin 4- One queen bed, seperate room 3 single beds. Cabin 5- One queen bed, seperate room one sets of bunks. Cabin 6- Disable equipped One queen bed, seperate room two single beds. We also have a few extra trundle beds that can be added if needed. Please note a minimum of 5 cabins must be booked together and there is also a 5 night 6 cabin minimum stay for January school Holidays. Prices based on exclusive use of resort, including 5 cabins. Island Bay has several areas for relaxing from the lounge games room with open fire to the dining room with cosy couches and extra TV (Foxtel) through to the huge Alfresco dining BBQ area with second open fireplace and Cafe blinds overlooking the playground, swimming pool & outdoor fire pit. We provide ample firewood. Each cabin is airconditioned and has a TV and DVD, the resort stocks a huge number of DVD's for all tastes. We have a Tesla charging station for electric vehicles.
