The private beach front Villa, close to Lovina, is a detached villa for up to 12 persons (8 adults+ 4 children). The space The carefully selected, friendly and professional trained personnel are 6 days a week at your disposal. They speak English well and will do everything they can to let you enjoy to the maximum. They will take care of cleaning and cooking! The villa is fully fenced for privacy and shaded by tall palm trees in the midst of an exotic tropical garden 3600sqm, with its own private pool, Jacuzzi and Big Bale Bengong. The Bale Bengong is an Eastern tradition. It is a covered place to relax, think things through, find peace, lounge and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. In the Bale Bengong is an enormous mattress with on top of that many relax pillows suitable for multiple persons. The Bale Benong is also equipped with a table for your drinks and bites. You can relax, but you can also enjoy a massage or spend the night on the Bale Bengong. The Bale Begong is equipped with power outlets for your electronic devices and it has enough wicker blinds to create shade. The living room has wide sliding doors that can open completely. On the covered terrace is a dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortable lounge corner. In the living room are two large sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. There are two large fans in the living room. The huge tropical garden has a big private pool (6 x 12) and around the pool you will find sun beds with parasols and a round love seat. In the garden you find tall palm trees, fruit trees and frangipani in all colours and lots of ponds. Furthermore there is an outside shower and you have direct access to the beach. The house is fully furnished; Towels, Pool towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is complete with large American fridge, a water tank with chilled water, toaster, coffee filter machine, microwave, oven and a blender. The villa has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with a mosquito net, more than enough closet space, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds with mosquito nets, air-conditioning, a spacious closet, and a luxurious bathroom with shower. There are 2 guest houses on the property. Both guest houses have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Every guest house has one bedroom with a double bed with mosquito net and attached (so no own entry, ideal for young children) one bedroom with a single bed with mosquito net. The villa also has FREE fast speed WIFI (80 Mbps) and a washing machine. Guest access The villa is completely private and guests have access to all this privacy the villa has to offer. The staff team of the villa exists of nice and kind people. As guest you have private staff for the villa. There are 2 gardener/pool-man, security, a freelance driver and two housekeepers who are also great cooks. They can cook both Indonesian and some western food. The staff have humour and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day. The staff costs are included in the rental rate, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are for your own account. For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for the transportation (petrol) costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.
