The property has the luxury of 2 separate living areas, the largest being the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which flow seamlessly onto the gorgeous jarrah deck - home to the undercover BBQ & large outdoor dining table...and magnificent sunsets. The second living space is an enormous home theater room which allows guests to sneak away and enjoy either a movie or indulge in a good book. Guest access This is a full run of house property with exception of the double garage that will be locked not be available same with the spa area which is also locked and empty. NO entry will be permitted to either of these areas. There is ample parking provided for 3/4 cars. Other things to note The home is beautifully appointed with quality fittings throughout, a stylish and well equipped kitchen enabling guest to create magnificent gourmet feasts for family and friends. All linen and towels are included in the property as are basic pantry items, soaps, dish washing tablets, tea towels, shampoo & conditioner.
